Purely Fort Wayne Cleaners is a veteran-owned, independently owned small business. We're not a franchise and not a national chain. Every cleaner we send is a Fort Wayne or Allen County resident, and our own office team handles every quote, schedule change and question, so you always know who you're dealing with. From routine and deep cleans to move-outs and special-event prep, we clean homes and businesses across Fort Wayne and Allen County.
We are Licensed, Insured and Bonded in Indiana, and we only hire experienced, professional cleaners, background checked and trained to our written checklist.

Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed and must pass a Checkr background check before their first job, and we pay for it. We review every result against written standards focused on trust and safety in your home, and no one is sent to your home until their check is cleared. Every cleaner also carries their own liability insurance. Purely Fort Wayne Cleaners is licensed, insured and bonded in Indiana, and veteran owned.
For our own health, safety, and liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc.), infestations (bugs, pests, etc.), climb/use second story ladders, etc.

Our guarantee covers cleaning we were scheduled to perform — it doesn't cover permanent stains, surface wear, or marks that a standard clean can't remove (see our Terms of Service for details). No, you do not need to be home during the cleaning. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access to their home or office, and we ensure a secure and professional service. We’ll leave everything spotless by the time you return.
