Yes. Every cleaner is interviewed and must pass a Checkr background check before their first job, and PFWC pays for it. We review every result against written standards focused on trust and safety in your home. No one is sent to your home until their check is cleared.

For our own health, safety, and liability concerns, we do not clean/perform the following: blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc.), infestations (bugs, pests, etc.), climb/use second story ladders, etc.

If we miss something we were scheduled to clean, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it at no charge. Our guarantee covers cleaning we were scheduled to perform — it doesn't cover permanent stains, surface wear, or marks that a standard clean can't remove (see our Terms of Service for details). Your satisfaction is our number one priority, and we'll always be upfront about what we can achieve.
