$20–$27/hr. Paid Every Tuesday. Cleaning Contracts in Allen County.

We don't hide behind "competitive wage" language. Here are the real numbers, the real requirements, and exactly what happens after you apply.

Read this first: this is 1099 independent contract work. You are self-employed — you bring your own supplies, equipment and vehicle, you carry your own General Liability insurance, and you handle your own taxes. In exchange you get top-of-market pay and real control over your schedule. If you want W-2 employment with benefits, this is not for you, and we would rather you know that in the first ten seconds than in week three.

What it pays

  • $20/hour to start on routine cleans, rising to $27/hour once you are promoted to Professional Cleaner — usually 5 to 10 solid jobs at a 5-star rating.
  • 45% of total job value on deep cleans, move-outs and post-construction. These consistently beat the hourly rate.
  • Paid every Tuesday by direct deposit — and we pay you whether or not the client has paid us yet.
  • 3-hour minimum on every visit — 10 to 30 hours a week to start, scheduled inside the availability you give us. No 45-minute trips that cost more in gas than they pay.

What you need to have

  • At least 1 year of paid professional residential cleaning experience. Commercial-only experience is considered case by case.
  • You will need active General Liability insurance before your first job. Most of our contractors use Thimble. If you do not have it yet, say so on the form and we will walk you through getting it — but it has to be active before you step into a client's home.
  • A complete set of your own professional supplies and equipment. We do not supply products, vacuums or machines.
  • Reliable transportation and a proven record of punctuality.
  • And availability you will actually honor. You tell us your days and hours and we build your schedule inside them. We would rather have 12 dependable hours from you than 30 unreliable ones.
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver consistently.
  • Physical stamina for the demands of cleaning (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).

The work — and what we handle for you

  • You deliver spotless, high-standard cleans in homes and commercial properties, following the Purely checklist, so every client gets the same result.
  • You handle laundry, floor care and organization where the job calls for it, and keep your own supplies and equipment in working order.
  • You communicate professionally, note each client's preferences, and report safety issues or damage the same day.
  • We find and quote every client, and handle all scheduling and rescheduling. You never chase a lead or negotiate a price.
  • We take every client phone call, complaint and scope dispute. You never have to manage a client relationship.
  • We collect payment and chase late invoices. Running solo means half your week is unpaid admin — we take all of it, so you clean and go home.

What happens after you apply

1. Within one business day, a real person in our office reviews your application. 2. If it is a fit, we text you to set up a 15-minute phone conversation. 3. Then you do a working interview on a real job alongside one of our cleaners. 4. If we both say yes, we get your insurance and paperwork sorted and start filling the availability you gave us. We answer every application — if you have not heard from us within two business days, text 260-254-8006, because something went wrong and we want to know about it.
