What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of paid professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial).
• Proof of active General Liability Insurance (Thimble or equivalent).
• Full set of professional cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Reliable transportation and a proven record of punctuality.
• Mastery of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver consistently.
• Physical stamina for the demands of cleaning (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
