We're a small, veteran-owned cleaning company serving Fort Wayne, and our cleaners are the reason customers keep booking us. We pay our cleaners well, we handle the customers and the paperwork, and we give you the real numbers up front. No "competitive wage" talk.

One thing to know first: this is 1099 contract work. You're self-employed. You bring your own supplies, equipment and vehicle, carry your own General Liability insurance and handle your own taxes. In return, you get pay above the typical national-chain wage and real control over your schedule. If you're looking for a W-2 job, this isn't the right fit, and we'd rather tell you now than in week three.

What you'll earn

  • $20/hour to start on routine cleans, rising to $27/hour once you complete your trial period and are promoted to Professional Cleaner (usually 5 to 10 completed jobs).
  • 45% of total job value on deep cleans, move-outs and post-construction (split between cleaners when more than one works the job).
  • Payout released every Tuesday by direct deposit, and we pay you whether or not the client has paid us yet.
  • Hourly jobs are paid for the time you work, up to the estimate plus one hour. 10 to 30 hours a week to start, scheduled inside the availability you give us.

How your week works

  • You set your availability. We only offer jobs inside it, and you choose which ones to accept.
  • Job details and the checklist come straight to your phone.
  • You clean to the Purely checklist and upload before-and-after photos.
  • We handle everything else: finding and quoting customers, scheduling, phone calls, complaints and payments. You never chase a lead, negotiate a price or chase an invoice.

What you'll need

  • At least 1 year of paid professional residential cleaning experience. Commercial-only experience is considered case by case.
  • Active General Liability insurance before your first job ($1,000,000 per occurrence). Many of our contractors use Thimble, which ran about $50/month as of September 2026. Don't have it yet? Say so on the form and we'll send you the steps.
  • Your own professional supplies and equipment. We don't supply products, vacuums or machines.
  • Reliable transportation, and availability you'll actually honor. We'd rather have 12 dependable hours from you than 30 unreliable ones.
  • A background check, paid by us.
